New York: NYPD Cop Assaults Man
No information known about this incident other than provided on the video, however they appear to be in a train station.
The police officer appears to target a man walking at a distance from the camera operator. The officer then gets the attention of the citizen and proceeds to frisk.
It’s unclear why the police officer initiated frisking.
The officer then proceeded to communicate with the alleged offender, later throwing the man to the ground.
